Langer Inc.(Nasdaq: GAIT), Deer Park, New York, on November 14
reported a net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2006,
of approximately $(553,000), or $(.06) per share on a fully diluted
basis, compared to a net income for the three months ended
September 30, 2005 of approximately $236,000, or $.02 per share on
a fully diluted basis. The principal reason for the net loss in the
three months ended September 30, 2006 was the reduction in net
sales of approximately$1,466,000, or 13.9 percent, and the
resulting decrease in gross profit of approximately $1,074,000, or
22.5 percent, in the three months ended September 30, 2006,
compared to the three months ended September 30, 2005.
