New England Orthotic and Prosthetic Systems (NEOPS), headquartered in Branford, Connecticut, announced that David Mahler, CPO, has been promoted to chief operating officer, and Terri Bragdon has been promoted to chief administrative officer. The appointments are effective January 1, 2015.

Mahler has been at NEOPS since 2000, holding positions such as staff resident and as partner/manager of the Branford facility. He will no longer have an equity interest in the Branford branch, and his compensation will be tied exclusively to NEOPS’ performance. Bragdon began at NEOPS in 2003 as an assistant bookkeeper; her most recent position was director of purchasing.
Brian Cota, CPO, has been promoted to succeed Mahler as partner/manager of the Branford facility.
