Fillauer, Chattanooga, Tennessee, announced it is relocating its Hosmer division from Campbell, California, to Fillauer headquarters in Chattanooga. The relocation is expected to be completed by July 15. In preparation for this move, Fillauer is expanding its current footprint and adding a 35,000-square-foot manufacturing, research and development, and engineering center adjacent to its current location.
Hosmer employees were notified of the move in December 2014 and offered the opportunity to transfer. To date, ten of the 46 employees have committed to transferring. For those employees who are unable to transfer, Fillauer said it is committed to assisting in their transition to finding new employment opportunities.
