Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), Ronkonkoma, New York, has purchased the Apex Foot Health & Wellness division of Aetrex Worldwide, both headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey. The entity will be known as Apex Foot Heath Industries.
The Aetrex management team will continue to serve as senior strategic advisors to OHI, and the new operation will remain at Apex’s current location. The acquisition is expected to fuel higher performance, accelerate product development, and drive expansion in key markets for OHI.
