Clinical Education Concepts (CEC), Baiting Hollow, New York, announced that it has hired Ann Zevenbergen for the newly created client services position, effective June 1. Zevenbergen comes from a background in client service, customer management, operations, and marketing in the horse racing industry. She specializes in identifying barriers to growth, developing/executing strategies for success, and reporting measurable results. She will oversee all client projects and interact proactively with the CEC management team to keep a positive and productive work environment.
