BCP Group, Nashville, Tennessee, announced it has partnered with Beacon Prosthetics and Orthotics, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. As part of the partnership, BCP Group has acquired ownership of Beacon P&O and will provide operational services and resources to support the practice’s continued growth. Beacon’s founder, Eddie White, CP, has become an equity partner in BCP Group and a senior clinical partner in BCP Group’s North Carolina market. Beacon P&O will retain its name, White will serve as the practice’s clinical director, and Ashlie White has been promoted to director of operations.

Financing for the transaction was provided by BCP Group’s existing investors, who have committed up to $100 million of capital.
