The Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs) released a draft revision of the local coverage determination (LCD) for lower-limb prostheses for comment on July 16. The comment period runs through August 31, 2015. The policy template provides an optional field to list the references used in the preparation of a policy revision. The bibliography for this draft was inadvertently omitted during the publication process, according to an announcement from the DME MACs. The bibliography is provided below:
