National Government Services (NGS), the Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC), has opened the MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) survey. The MSI is a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services tool that measures Medicare fee-for-service providers’ satisfaction with the Medicare claims administrative contractors.
