National Government Services (NGS), the Jurisdiction B Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC), has opened the MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) survey. The MSI is a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services tool that measures Medicare fee-for-service providers’ satisfaction with the Medicare claims administrative contractors.
The survey, which is confidential, should take about ten minutes to complete. A preview of the questions can be found at MSI Questionnaire. Respondents who would like to be discuss their answers with NGS can e-mail [email protected] with their contact information.
