Össur, Reykjavik, Iceland, registered a capital reduction of ISK 5,837,832 (about US $52,400) with the Icelandic Register of Enterprises on April 11. The cancelled shares had a nominal value of ISK 1 (about US $0.0090) each.
Össur’s capital share is now ISK 437,162,725 nominal value divided into the same number of shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each. The company currently holds 6,747,967 shares.
The cancelled shares are expected to be removed from trading on NASDAQ Copenhagen effective April 19.
