The American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) is seeking nominations of O&P inventors and innovators as part of its 100th anniversary this year. During the AOPA World Congress in September, the association will showcase its own milestones and that of the profession with a “Walk Through Time” historical display and will honor those who have made a “significant contribution to patient care through the invention of a device or technique.” The submission deadline is May 31.
Nominations can include an individual inventor or innovator of a specific device or invention, or an innovative process or technique.
