Thanks to everyone for responding. Almost everyone suggested the Becker 1002 (if locking required) or the 1008 posterior offset without a drop lock.
I plan to use the 1008 since, as recommended, the joint is not as visible under clothes when sitting down.
I was hoping to find some new design to try – it is kinda disappointing that we are still using the same single axis knee joint that we have used for 50+ years. We have come so far with stance control and prosthetics but the good old KAFO joint really hasn’t changed much (other than central fab joints).
I guess tried and true is still the best but I thought I would ask!!
