We need to make some phone calls and notify beneficiaries. BCBS of Alabama has changed their policy regarding custom foot orthotics from 2/24 months now to 2/48 months. We were informed directly from BCBS and was told that it was applicable to all policies effective last month.
They have made this change internally without changing the external policy yet. THEY NEED TO HEAR FROM US!!!
