We have a patient with the following digits missing… digit 3 from pip joint, and 4 and 5 digits from mid proximal phalanx. Her #2 digit (index) is grafted and has limited range of motion at the pip and dip joints. Thumb is uninvolved. ROM is limited at index finger (only flexes at MCP joint). ROM limitations with 4th and 5th remaining digits.
We have contacted i-Digits. They’re product is not for her. The patient has tried NAKED without success, however, that was with a different provider and we are having a demo driver sent to us for her.
Ultimately, the patients prefers realistic looking in size and shape but not necessarily color, working fingers.
Any suggestions appreciated.
