What do you think?
We have a pt who the clinical notes only show her to be pre-diabetic but
she is on Metformin and has neuropathy. Will Medicare still consider this
as diabetic??
The notes in the comments say here for follow up on diabetes but in the
assessment it show only prediabetic. They have marked the DVF stating Type
II.
Just wanting to know what your thoughts are on this?
