Scolios-us is an organization intended to empower scoliosis patients with the tools and resources that they need to be successful brace-wearers.

I want to make Scolios-us a useful tool for both scoliosis patients and practitioners and would very much appreciate your participation in the survey. The goal is to optimize Scolios-us based on the feedback I receive from clinicians and from patients. The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete.
