Hi,
I am a 4th year student at Strathclyde University and as part of my Honours project I am looking to find out what the generally accepted initial percentage correction rates are when bracing for idiopathic scoliosis? (Particularly Boston bracing but would appreciate input from anyone using any bracing technique).
Do you use a particular percentage that you would use to define the first brace as a “success” and do you find the initial correction correlates with final outcome?
Kind Regards,
Aimie
