Seal in Liner with Vacuum

Curious if anyone has used a seal in liner with Ottobock’s Harmony E2 or their DVS vacuum system? Any issues or is it that Bock just does’t recommend it, because they don’t make a seal in liner. My thought is a valve would still be needed to allow for easy donning and doffing, but any other issues?
