Need recommendations for custom shoes

Dear list,
Thank you all for the past help recommendations you have provided to me.
Today I am asking for sources whom have provided you with custom shoes that
you personally have had great results with.
You will be my”Yelp” for the O&P profession. I want to have a source that
utilizes a mold a foam pad over the foot board.
Sincerely,
Rick Feldman, cpo
