 Dear List,Do you work with an AK prosthetic user that is able to get a good workout on an elliptical machine?  Working with a former cross country runner who in his late 60’s early 70’s has been a cardio-monster at an area gym. He especially loves the elliptical machine& the high he feels after a strenuous workout. He underwent emergency L-AKA Sept 2015 due to necrotizing fasciitis & has become a very successful prosthetic user with his MPK.  We’ve been trying to find the right combo of flxn resistance & available ROM for him to work out on the elliptical again, but it just isn’t pretty.  This guy is ok with keeping his upper extremities stationary while working his legs, but he is really missing that LE burn. He has tried the seated version & does not care for that workout.   Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!Rick
