Orthotist familiar with Starband Helmets in Salt Lake City, Utah

Hi Listserv!

I have a patient that was just fit with his Starband helmet here in
Toronto, Canada for asymmetrical brachycephaly. The family will be in Salt
Lake City for the rest of July and I was hoping for an orthotist someone
could recommend should they have issues with fit. Thanks in advance!
