I have a patient that is in need of a prosthetic shoulder cap. He had most of his clavicle and proximal shoulder girdle removed. He now wears a silicone shoulder cap with an extension with full circumference around the arm. He is a big man with broad shoulders. His current silicone shoulder cap is now wearing out. Can anyone advise me of where or who I can contact to have this silicone shoulder cap fabricated? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
