scapula winging brace

Hello all I know this has been asked before but I have a young woman with a winging scapula. It’s quite painful to her. I’m thinking of aTLSO because she also has scoliosis. I’m just concerned because of the sheer force it might take to hold the scapula in. Has anyone has had success with this or with some sort of soft brace other than theratogs? I’m trying to KISS with this. Keep it simple…Thank you Paula Martinek LPO
