Axial Rotator

I’m looking for an axial rotator (torsion adaptor) for a left trans-femoral patient who also is a right handed golfer to allow as much rotation as possible in his swing. I am familiar with the Otto Bock 4R85 Torsion Adaptor, but wonder if there’s something lighter?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
