Idaho C-Leg Coverage

Barnhart Prosthetics

Hello,
For anyone in Idahoans,
Does Idaho have prosthetic Parity?
We have a woman coming to us in Oregon with Idaho based Pacificsource, and would like to provide a C-Leg, but her Exchange based Pacificsource (Obamacare) plan excludes powered prosthetics.  Is this just for exchange based plans?  Here in Oregon, with Oregon based plans, have not had that problem in the past.
Any Idaho help appreciated.
