MASP Hip Joint

I am looking at adding the Multi Axial Sub Perineal Hip Joint from Fillauer to bilateral KAFOs for a paraplegic. The patient has adequate strength to advance her limbs but has a problem with tracking of the legs in the line of progression. I am hoping that with some training/repetition, we could eventually eliminate this component. Just wondering if anyone has found good success with this component for this type of situation. Or, is there another option or component I should consider. Thanks for any responses.
