OPIE Software – Billing Convenience Fee/Statement Fee

Hello List,
Anyone who uses OPIE Software this question is for you. I am new to OPIE and we have decided to charge a 3% Convenience Fee to anyone wishing to pay with Debit/Credit. How can we account for this. Obviously we don’t want this to go in the L Code selection, but Opie’s only recommendation is to do an adjustment. How are you handling this?
