I have a very hard to fit male patient that wears a size 15 AA. He currently wears a New Balance MW812 in that size and is the only shoe he has ever found. He has tried to find shoe companies that carry this size and has had no luck. He does not want to pay for custom shoes.
Cost is an issue therefore PW Minor is out even though they have a few styles in that size range. Of the other shoe companies I have access to (in a reasonable price range), the closest I can provide is a size 15 B. However, he has extremely narrow heels and a B width is simply too wide. I have considered the Aetrex runners that have the adjustable heel strap but the narrowest they come in is a C/D width making to too wide at the forefoot.
Is there another company besides New Balance that makes a mens shoe in a size 15 AA?

Proper has the Stability walker in a 15 A. Apis / Mt Emey has size 15 narrows and check out Boxer Dogs
If he can be sold on it, alden will do the size with longevity he will get his moneys worth.

what about apis? I know they have the length, but they may not have the narrow width.
DREW has various models in size 15 and all kinds of widths. We tried
that Aertrex shoes with no success. Uou can also glue in Plastazote pads
into heel cups.
