I am just curious to know what everyone is putting on the redetermination
request forms, when it asks additional information Medicare should consider?
I have been putting down; without a prosthesis, patient would not be able
to be active which would lead to diminished health, resulting in higher
healthcare costs..
I am wondering if i should be telling them off here or justifing there
functional level/capabilities..
Just thought i get some feedback
