The following will be our next process to ensure a good pull with the highest clarity. We will see how it goes.
Foam model
2 layer thin nylon
Bulldog liquid silicone brushed on
Bulldog Ringmaster plastic
~ 20 in Hg vacuum
using a fan/water to quickly cool plastic after vacuum forming
I should be able to report back by the end of next week with the results.
