Follow up on TLSO for pregnant patient

 Hi List,
 
Thank you for all the prompt replies.  Our patient underwent a T 10 – L 2 fusion.  The order was changed from a Custom TLSO to a Freeman maternity corset.  The doctors are well aware that the corset will not provide much thoracic stabilization.  She is showing quite a bit for 14 weeks so this might be the safest route.
