TLSO for pregnant patient

Hi List,
 
We have been asked to mold for a custom TLSO for a female who is 14 weeks pregnant.  Has anyone safely done this?  We have fit numerous pregnant patients with maternity corsets but I don’t recall making a TLSO for a pregnant patient.  She will have to remain in the brace for a minimum of 12 weeks.
