I have an elderly pt, post cva, left upper extremity is contracted. I’m planning on putting him in an ultraflex ewho but am concerned with reimbursement. I am using a couple of 3999 codes.
1) Does anyone in New York have any experience with ultraflex bracing on Medicaid pts? Please share your experience.
2) What, if any, are the alternatives to ultraflex in terms of dynamic extension assist?
