Aircast Mayo clinic elbo orthosis alternative

Esteemed colleagues,

We are in need of a comparable post-operative hinged elbow orthosis to the “Aircast Mayo clinic elbow brace”, part # 05EL. This specific elbow orthosis has a locking/unlocking elbow joint with true static progressive turn buckle style adjustment and removable adjustment knob.

I am trying to find an alternative due to my cost being greater than our allowable for L3760.

Any recommendations and/or ideas are greatly appreciated.
