A/K Liner question

I’ve got a patient with a mid to long AKA, Level 3, currently wearing
an Alps AK locking liner, 6mm. I’m needing to retrofit with a silicone
locking liner. Problem is I’m having trouble finding an OTS silicone
locking liner that is 6mm thick and can be used for higher activity
patients. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
