Labor Codes reimbursement ?

Can anyone in Region C tell me should you bill for out of warranty
prosthetic labor only adjustments under L-7500 or L-7520 and what is the
Medicare reimbursement per unit of time?, also the same question applies to
the out of warranty labor only code for orthotics L-4205.
