I am interested in hearing from any others out there who have recently been
through a CERT audit and were penalized for the Physician not having proper
documentation. Curious about the appeal process and what results anyone has
had. As most of you know, Physicians are not documenting properly and
Medicare will ask for their money back if they do not. Would really like to
hear from any of you out there that have been through this.
