SHOE WORK LIABILITY FORM

Jeff Zeller

Good Evening List Members,

I was wondering if anyone has come up with a legally binding form which
would hold up in court for shoe work.

We have been being asked to do outside shoe lifts on shoes that just seem to
be more and more inappropriate. So I am at a point where I feel we need to
refuse to perform the work. Or I need to be relieved of liability if the
lift was to fail or cause bodily harm. What is your particular policy on
this matter??

Thanks for this list and everyone who contributes.
