Heating of Acor blockers

Hello List:

Looking for practical experience in heating the Acor blockers. I have the P-Cell/Poron/Microcell puff blockers. Manufacturer states 2 to 3 minutes at between 225 to 275 degF. This doesn’t seem like enough time.
