Re: LE Bracing options for patients over 300 lbs?

What options are available for stabilizing the knee of a person over 300 lbs
with very weak quads? Hx of CVA, peripheral neuropathy, and hip fx (same
side as knee weakness). Patient is in a skilled nursing facility. RX is for
a “hinged knee brace” (Gotta love those, don’t you? LOL)

Potential to ambulate is limited.
