Hello list,
I have always understood that silicone liners were much more durable that gel. I have a patient that is interested in switching from silicone to gel but is worried about the durability. He works as an auto mechanic and wears out the liner at the knee fast. I have already suggested he wear knee pads but wanted input on the durability of the liner options.
