I am looking for some ideas to help a 330# patient with an AK prosthesis. He has difficulty with an adductor roll that gets pinched. He has tried both suction sockets and gel liner/ lanyard suspension systems. With both, he starts out with all soft tissue contained in the socket but as he moves and sweats, the adductor roll tends to move proximally and becomes pinched. What are some suggestions?
