Dynamic Knee Ext Orthosis billing

I need help billing a Dynamic Knee Ext Orthosis. For Medicare primarily, but
also Work Comp. I know that I am to use E1810 but all I could find for
reimbursement was $130.81 rental charge with no other info on how it is
billed. I sat in on a Dynasplint in-service today and they use this code
and tell me it is a single patient item. So they must not bill it as a
rental or maybe they do and just max it out? Thanks in advance for any
help.
