Pneumatic LSO & PCL brace

Good day all,
Have a doctor inquiring about a LSO brace with pneumatic adustment.
Apparently the air distracts the spine by elongating the brace?
Please help with leads!?!
The other is an enquirey re. Post-op bracing of the PCL knee.
There is supposed to be a new KO that provides an anteriorly directed force
at the tibia during the ROM.
Please also help us with info on this.
