Lordo Lock Lumbar Orthosis

Dear Colleagues:
I have an Rx from a neurosurgeon for a “Lordo Lock Lumbar Brace.” Patient has history of low back pain, sciatica, with microdiskectomy surgery 6 months ago. I am unfamiliar with this particular orthosis. Any help with manufacturer(s) or distributor(s) will be greatly appreciated. Google and Yahoo searches were unsuccessful.
