zipper/elastic shoes

Does anyone know of a vendor who sells extra wide shoes with zipper or elastic closures? I have a 20 year old female patient with MR who can not tie her size 6WWW shoes and who doesn’t like the looks of velcro closures. Thanks in advance for your help and I’ll post all responses.
