I would like to suggest that any facility owner or manager examine the latest VA contract. I cannot imagine how we can be expected to ingest or even decipher the language. I had to speak with the contract officer to even find the four files I needed to download. 40 + pages of I win you lose. If you agree to bid on your local contract, you might want to check the language of the 52.212-5 to 52.222-37 terms and conditions.
Of course a discount from L-Code Medicare fees is required.
I’m glad 50 sheets of paper are still within my budget but this is one train I will not board.
