Becker Myopathy

Dear Sirs/Madams,
I have a patient with Becker myopathy. he is 32 years old and study in Biochemical science (PHD) He felt weakness in his exteremities from 14 years old.Now strength of their muscles are:Lower exteremity mucle strength are Poor to Fair in all of them ( From Hip Muscles to Foot Muscles except plantar flexors which their strength are normal .
Upper extermity and trunk muscles are normal.
Please help me in this case that what I can give him to help him.
