Cervical orthosis with adjustable air cell in front

Hi List members,
Is anyone aware if there exists a cervical orthosis that has an pneumatic cell under the chin rest to the patient could pump it up to the desired amount of support under the chin? I have a candidate who can’t hold his head up, so he uses his hand so his chin doesn’t rest on his chest.
(I know such supports exist in wrist splints to open tight fingers) Thanks, Randy McFarland, CPO Fullerton, CA
