Popping knee cap

I have a lady wearing knee jts and lacer. Her current leg when she walks her
knee cap pops. I have tighten the socket and lacer and the lacer is down
over the knee well. I can make the knee cap pop in by flexing slightly and
moving it in a medial to lateral direction pushing slightly downward. Any
suggestions would be appriciated.
